## Scope

Paid packages cover PHP/runtime inventory, patch planning, and (where purchased) coordinated patching and version verification for the named site(s). Work is limited to the paid SKU. Confirmed compromise cleanup, application rewrites, and EOL migrations are out of scope unless separately quoted.

## Access

You grant Abrams time-boxed access by a method you choose (WordPress application password, temporary deploy key, or hosting-panel invite). You may revoke at any time. Abrams revokes access when the engagement closes or the grant window ends. Access is only for inventory, patch, mitigation, and verification related to the engagement.

## No guarantees beyond delivery

Patching reduces exposure to known fixed versions. Abrams does not guarantee that systems are free of all vulnerabilities or that exploitation cannot occur.

## Prices and VAT

Listed package prices are in GBP and include UK VAT at 20%. A VAT invoice is issued for every order (numbering `AG-YYYY-NNNNNN`).

## Full terms

Where a longer master services agreement exists with the client, it prevails for conflict. Otherwise this summary plus the privacy notice apply until a signed order confirmation is issued.
